Every year, International Yoga Day falls on June 21. It's celebrated worldwide to raise awareness about ancient Indian practices. 

In 2015, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had the idea to recognise Yoga internationally by naming June 21 Yoga Day 

It was suggested by PM Modi in his speech to the UNGA 2014 It was unanimously approved by the United National General Assembly (UNGA) in 2014. 

Yoga is not only popular in India. It has become a part of many people's daily lives. 

The popularity of Yoga soared during the Covid pandemic. People started to adopt it to overcome mental and physical health problems such as depression, isolation, stress, and anxiety.

. Let's encourage and motivate our loved ones to practice yoga on Yoga Day 2022. 

Yoga is the Light that you can only ever light once. The more you practice, the brighter your Flame will become.
